Judy (Locklear) Bullard

Mrs. Judy Bullard died Wednesday, January 31, 2018 in Southeastern Regional Hospital at the age of 67.

Mrs. Bullard is preceded in death by her parents, Gertrude and Ruben Locklear of Shannon, NC and Addis Locklear of Pembroke, NC.

She is survived by her husband Wilford Bullard of the home.  Four daughters Beverly Weaks and Paula Carter, both of Shannon, NC, Barbara Jones of Lumberton, NC and Katina Locklear of Parkton, NC.  Two sons, Wilford Jr. Bullard and his wife Kayla Bullard of Shannon, NC and Reco Bullard and his wife Tonya Bullard of St. Pauls, NC.  One sister Diane Taylor of Lumberton, NC.  Four brothers, Johnny Lowery and wife Evelyn Lowery, Rudy Locklear, Stevie Locklear all of Pembroke, NC and Donald Ray Lowery of Red Sprigs.  She is also survived by her stepfather, Steve Locklear, 11 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, a very special friend, Carolyn McNeill and a host of relatives and friends.

The family will receive friends between the hours of 7:00 and 9:00 pm, Saturday, February 3, 2018 at Crumpler Funeral Home, 220 E. 4th Avenue, Red Springs, NC.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM, Sunday, February 4, 2018 at Shannon Assembly of God with Pastor Ricky Dial and Pastor Martin Jacobs officiating. Burial will be in Zion Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
