Mr. Otha Lee Rogers, 76, passed away Wednesday, August 1, 2018 in Southeastern Regional Medical Center.

Otha was born in Robeson County on September 3, 1941 to the late Cary Rogers II and Ethel Mae Lagrand Rogers. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by a daughter, Coretta Rogers and several brothers.

He is survived by his loving wife, Priscilla Rogers of the home; two son, Stanley Rogers (Sangai) and Joe Daniel McMillan; a brother, Cary Rogers III; a sister, Sarah McGilberry; brother-in-law, Sherron McGilberry; sister-in-law’s, Gwen Rogers and Della Rogers; grandchildren, Evelyn Rogers (Sidney), Elijah Rogers, Elisha Rogers, Emmanuel Rogers and Ethan Rogers; great grandchildren, Sidney Bryant Jr. and Ava Bryant; many nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.

Visitation will be 12:00 Noon – 1:00 PM Saturday, August 4, 2018 at St. James A.M.E. Zion Church, 116 W. Brown St. Red Springs, NC 28377.

Funeral Services will begin at 1:00 PM at the church with Pastor Sharon Mitchell officiating.

Burial will follow in the Panthersford Presbyterian Church cemetery in Red Springs.
