Frank Belton Boyette

Mr. Frank Belton Boyette, 85, of Red Springs, entered into the arms of Jesus on Thursday, January 17, 2019 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center.

Mr. Boyette was a graduate of North Carolina State University where he developed a lifelong passion for agriculture and went on to pursue a career in farm management. Mr. Boyette was an avid Wolfpack fan who had a passion for life and a thirst for knowledge. He enjoyed learning new things, traveling the world, spending time with his family, serving others through his involvement with many organizations such as the Red Springs Rotary Club, Master Gardeners, United Methodist Men, and NC State Alumni Association, and sharing his love for agriculture with groups of all ages. His love for others knew no bounds and he was well known in his community for his beautiful plants, kind heart and humble, engaging character. Mr. Boyette was preceded in death by his parents, Luby and Ruby Boyette, his first wife, Helon Darden Boyette, his son, Stephen Bryant Boyette and his brother, George Luby Boyette.

He is survived by his wife, Gerry Boyette of Red Springs; his daughter, Natalie B. Brigman of Fayetteville; his son, Michael Smith and wife, Debbie Smith of Suffolk, VA; his granddaughter, Stephanie Hayes and husband, Brian Hayes of Fayetteville; his grandaughter, Erica Brigman of Fayetteville; his granddaughter, Heather Crothers and husband, Scott Crothers of Six Mile and his great grandson, Cannon.

Visitation will be 12:00 noon – 1:00 PM Saturday, January 19, 2019 at Trinity United Methodist Church, 204 East 3rd Ave. Red Springs, NC 28377.

Funeral services will follow at 1:00 PM at the church with Pastor Harold Salmon officiating.

Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery, Hobbton Hwy, Newton Grove, NC 28366.
